Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a highly capable and relationship-focused Principal Lead: South to provide educational leadership and support to Principals and school communities across the southern region of Tasmania.

Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a highly capable and relationship-focused Principal Lead: South to provide educational leadership and support to Principals and school communities across the southern region of Tasmania.

In this influential role, you will lead and support Principals and school-based services personnel within your region, fostering high-quality educational outcomes and vibrant Catholic school communities. Through coaching, mentoring and skilled guidance, you will work alongside Principals and leadership teams to promote continuous improvement, leadership growth and student success.

- Provide leadership, coaching and line management support to Principals across the Southern region
- Drive school improvement, innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with Catholic Education Tasmania's vision.
- Build leadership capability through mentoring,



professional development and succession planning.
- Lead regional collaboration, supporting schools with governance, compliance, employee relations and complex matters
- Champion Catholic identity, learning excellence and student success across a network of diverse school communities

About You

- Proven experience in educational leadership, ideally as a Principal or senior education leader.
- A strong commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring and leadership development skills.
- The ability to build trusting relationships and influence positive change.
- Strategic thinking and the capacity to lead system-wide initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
