About Neosframe
n
Neosframe is building a creative automation platform that helps enterprise marketing teams produce, manage and scale high-quality content across formats, channels and markets.
n
We make complex creative work faster, more consistent and easier to govern.
n
We're an early-stage startup with a small, experienced team. That means you'll have genuine influence over the product, the design system and how we work.
n
About the role
n
We're looking for a Product Designer who can do more than turn requirements into screens.
n
You'll work closely with product leadership to understand customer problems, shape product requirements and turn rough ideas, workflows and technical constraints into explicit, polished and production-ready experiences.
n
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day product experience across the platform. This includes improving existing workflows, designing new capabilities from the ground up and helping define what the product should become.
n
We already use AI extensively throughout our product-design and development process. You should be excited by the opportunity to use AI-assisted tools to explore ideas, generate prototypes, test different approaches and move from concept to implementation faster.
n
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership and is comfortable working across product thinking, UX, interface design and implementation quality.
n
What you'll do
n
n
- Speak with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their workflows, frustrations and unmet needs.
n
- Map workflows, user journeys, roles, permissions and system behaviours.
n
- Identify edge cases, dependencies and unanswered questions early.
n
- Turn incomplete ideas and rough concepts into practical product solutions.
n
- Help define feature scope and determine what belongs in an initial release versus a later iteration.
n
- Design clear, polished interfaces for complex SaaS workflows.
n
- Create greenfield experiences where established patterns do not yet exist.
n
- Improve existing workflows based on customer feedback and product usage.
n
- Work within and continuously improve our design system and component library.
n
- Use AI-assisted design, prototyping and development tools throughout your day-to-day work.
n
- Clearly communicate interaction behaviour, responsive rules, validation, states and edge cases.
n
- Partner closely with engineers throughout development rather than simply handing designs over.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You enjoy working at the ground floor and asking, "What could this product become?"
n
You're likely two to four years into your product-design career and ready for meaningful ownership. You may not have seen every possible product challenge yet, but you are curious, resourceful and confident enough to work through ambiguity.
n
You're comfortable wearing multiple hats, making decisions and moving between discovery, product thinking, interface design and implementation.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- Experience designing web applications, SaaS products or workflow-based software.
n
- A portfolio showing real product workflows, not only marketing or brand work.
n
- Strong UI craft across hierarchy, layout, spacing, typography and interaction states.
n
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
n
- Confidence working with engineers through implementation.
n
- The ability to simplify complex problems and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
n
- Comfort working from incomplete requirements, receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly.
n
- Experience using AI tools as a meaningful part of your workflow.
n
n
Nice to have
n
n
- Experience in adtech or martech, or designing software for marketing, creative, media or agency teams. You'll have a head start if you already understand how campaigns, assets and creative approvals actually move through an organisation.
n
- Experience creating interactive or coded prototypes.
n
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS or ShadCN.
n
- Startup, scale-up or fast-moving agency experience.
