We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Blacktown Performance Concept Store on a FULL‐TIME basis! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the refurbishment and reopening of one of our key concept stores.

Responsibilities

- Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
n
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
n
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
n
- Being a role model and leading the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.
n




- Guiding and training all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
n
- Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards.
n
- Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.
n
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
n
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Experience in retail leadership in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
n
