ERM is seeking a motivated and capable Perth-based Geologist to join our team and support projects across Australia and internationally. This role is ideal for a geologist with 1–5 years of industry experience who enjoys fieldwork, technical problem‐solving and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain ERM's high standards for health and safety, and technical excellence.
n
- Plan and execute exploration field programs.
n
- Conduct and oversee drilling programs, ensuring strong safety performance and adherence to QA/QC protocols.
n
- Collect, validate and manage geological, geochemical and spatial datasets.
n
- Undertake geological mapping, sampling and field investigations.
n
- Interpret geological data and contribute to technical reporting and client deliverables.
n
- Develop and maintain GIS databases and spatial analyses.
n
- Support 3D geological modelling and visualization.
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on environmental, mining and sustainability projects.

About You
n
n
- University‐level qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience or a related discipline.
n
- 1–5 years of relevant industry experience.
n
- Demonstrated field competency in:n n
- Drill program supervision
n
- Sampling programs
n
- Geological mapping
n
- QA/QC implementation and monitoring
n
- Field safety and risk management
n
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Willingness to travel and undertake fieldwork as required.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across a variety of projects.

Highly Valued
n
n
- Experience with GIS software (ArcGIS and/or QGIS).
n
- Experience using Leapfrog Geo for 3D geological modelling and interpretation.
n
- Exposure to geochemistry, mineral resource evaluation or exploration targeting.
n
- Experience working with environmental consulting projects.
n
- Reporting experience in accordance with industry standards (JORC familiarity advantageous).
