Construction Manager – Class 2 Luxury Developments (Tier 2 Builder)

We're partnering with a highly regarded Sydney-based Tier 2 Builder to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a premium pipeline of Class 2 luxury residential apartment and mixed-use developments across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

About the Role

n

You'll take ownership of construction delivery across a portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use developments up to $50-100M, including:

n

- Class 2 luxury residential apartment projects
n
- Mixed-use luxury residential and retail developments
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects
n
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
n
- Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes across all projects
n
- Provide strategic input across procurement, construction methodology, and delivery planning
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
n
- Monitor project performance, risk management, and reporting processes
n
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards, timelines, and financial objectives
n




- Support business growth, operational improvement, and team development initiatives
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience operating as a Construction Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer/builder environment
n
- Strong background delivering Class 2 residential apartment or mixed-use developments
n
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $50M – $100M
n
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing high-performing construction teams
n
- Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
n
- Strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and construction methodology
n
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performing environment
n
