About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major transformation program based out of Geelong, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital products and services within a collaborative Agile environment. Working closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, vendors, and external service providers, you will play a critical role in ensuring business requirements are validated through comprehensive testing activities, defect management, and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to system quality across Salesforce CRM platforms, integrations, and business-critical applications while supporting successful releases and business outcomes.

For this role, you must be in the office 3 days per week in Geelong.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Test Planning, and Backlog Refinement activities within Agile delivery teams
n
- Perform test analysis and develop test scripts using Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
n
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to develop business-focused test scenarios aligned to approved processes and work instructions
n
- Execute System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing across multiple applications and integrations
n
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enabling business stakeholders to complete testing and sign-off activities
n
- Raise, manage, and track defects through to resolution in accordance with established defect management frameworks
n
- Work closely with automation teams to expand regression test coverage and support quality initiatives
n
- Provide regular reporting on test execution, defect status, coverage, and release readiness using Jira and TestRail
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst delivering System Testing, SIT, Regression Testing,



and UAT activities
n
- Mandatory experience testing Salesforce CRM platforms and related business processes
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
n
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
n
- Robust understanding of defect management, test planning, test execution, and test reporting
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality test artefacts, scenarios, and documentation
n
- Experience testing complex system integrations involving internal and external service providers
n
- Claims or Insurance industry experience will be highly regarded
n
