What You'll Be Doing:
n
Working right next to the Venue Manager running daily operations
n
Leading floor and bar teams during service with confidence
n
Supporting training, onboarding, and development of staff
n
Assisting with rostering, stock control, compliance, and venue presentation
n
Owning the delivery of events and activations - from intimate wine tastings to major functions
n
What We're Looking For:
n
Prior experience in a management role in hospitality
n
A natural leader who's calm under pressure, thrives in busy environments, and knows how to lift a team
n
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
Passion for outstanding food, drinks, and high-quality guest service
n
Current RSA and Approved Manager certification
n
