Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and executing sales strategy across the ANZ region, with a focus on driving market penetration, customer engagement, and team development. While this is a regional role reporting into broader commercial leadership, there is potential for people management responsibilities in the future, depending on business growth and team expansion.

This is a hands‐on role ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in medical devices, capital equipment, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution (Regional Focus)
n
- Adapt and execute the ANZ regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual targets.
n
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiation.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private hospitals within the region.
n
- Work closely with sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
n
- Support the growth of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
n
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and contribute to a high-performance culture.
n
- Note: There is potential for direct people management responsibilities in the future, depending on team structure and business needs.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons,
procurement teams, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders.
n
- Support robotic program development and foster long‐term customer partnerships within the region.
n
- Assist in engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards to drive clinical adoption and customer confidence.
n

Operational Collaboration
n
n
- Partner with cross‐functional teams including Service, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure smooth installations, training, and post-sales support.
n
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine regional sales approach.
n
- Provide regional insights to support broader commercial and product strategies.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- 5+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical robotics, capital equipment, or related fields.
n
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
n
- Experience working with cross‐functional teams (sales, clinical, service).
n
- Valuable understanding of ANZ healthcare system and hospital procurement processes.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
n
- Self‐motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.
