Our clinics in Hobart are currently seeking an experienced Radiographerto join our team! As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases, in both a public hospital and busy outpatient clinic environment.

n

Reporting to theChief Radiographer, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and effective imaging services across a range of modalitiesincluding General X-Ray, CT and theatre. This role is for a Fixed TermFull-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between7:30am – 8:00pm, with weekend and on call work as required.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such asGeneral X-Ray, CT and Theatre II
n
- Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
n
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
n
- Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
n

Key selection criteria:

n

n
- Ability to obtain and or have current relevant Radiography Radiation license and professional registration
n
- Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
n
- Previous experience in CT is an advantage, but training in CT will be offered to the right candidate
n
