Job Description

Redgate, Cambridge, is seeking an experienced HR skilled to own employee relations casework across the UK and EMEA. You'll advise managers, oversee probation reviews, absences and informal disciplinary matters, and decide when to escalate to a People Partner, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

You'll partner with managers across the business, coach them through difficult conversations, and help shape policy changes while piloting AI enhancements to support People Partnering work.
