About the Role
As Centre Manager,
you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of the Lara Lakes service.
You will be responsible for building a high performing team, driving occupancy, ensuring compliance, supporting quality outcomes, and creating a welcoming environment for children, families and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the opening and daily operations of the centre
- Recruit, onboard and develop a high performing team
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Regulations
- Foster a positive and engaged team culture
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Manage centre performance and operational outcomes
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous Centre Manager experience or a strong Assistant Centre Manager ready for the next step
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for delivering high quality education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
