Job Description

Informatech is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to support a major M365 transformation program within a Federal Government entity.

This role will play a key part in the implementation and migration to a modern M365 environment, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, well-governed and effective collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Implement and configure M365 solutions aligned with best practices across collaboration, security and governance.
n
- Work with technical and business teams to plan and deliver complex M365 solutions while minimising disruption to business operations.
n
- Plan, execute and troubleshoot M365 migration activities.
n
- Provide expert technical advice across the M365 platform and emerging best practices.
n
- Conduct post-migration reviews to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
n
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
n
- Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of program outcomes.
n

Skills and Experience

n

The successful candidate will bring strong hands‐on experience delivering and migrating solutions within complex M365 environments, including:

n

- Demonstrated experience in M365 implementation,



configuration and migration.
n
- Strong technical expertise across SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams and Microsoft Purview.
n
- Experience with adjacent technologies including Entra ID, Access Packages, Power Automate or Logic Apps, Power BI and Intune.
n
- Strong automation capability using PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API.
n
- Knowledge of records governance, compliance and security within M365 environments.
n
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
