We are seeking an experienced Fractional Credit & Risk Manager to join a high-growth organisation within the financial services sector. This is a hands‐on, embedded role supporting the business on an ongoing basis, with a solid focus on leading the day‐to‐day Credit and Risk function.

This role suits a senior professional who thrives in agile environments and brings deep expertise in credit operations, risk oversight, and team leadership within lending environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day‐to‐day Credit and Risk function
n
- Oversee credit operations, service levels and performance
n
- Manage and develop an existing Credit team
n
- Support the development and implementation of credit policies
n
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure
n




- Drive process improvements and uplift team capability
n
- Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to the executive team
n

About You

n

- Proven experience in consumer lending, non-bank lending or fintech lending
n
- Strong understanding of credit risk and credit decisioning frameworks
n
- Demonstrated experience managing credit teams and operations
n
- Hands‐on leadership style with ability to embed into the business
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting capability
n
