The role
n
As an Investment Associate, you will work closely with senior investors and portfolio company management teams on both new investments and existing portfolio businesses. Responsibilities include:

- Building and reviewing financial and operating models to assess growth strategies and investment scenarios
n
- Supporting commercial, market and strategic due diligence
n
- Developing investment theses, market assessments and IC materials
n
- Working with management teams on growth initiatives, strategic priorities and value creation plans
n
- Monitoring portfolio performance and supporting board-level analysis
n
- Conducting sector research to identify attractive investment themes
n
n
About you
n
This role is well suited to candidates with:
n
n
- 2-4 years' experience in consulting (MBB preferred), Investment Banking, or private equity/venture capital
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an investor mindset
n
- Experience assessing growth strategies, markets and competitive dynamics
n
- Commercial judgement and the ability to synthesise complex information clearly
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
n
- A clear interest in moving into an investing role and working closely with business leaders
n
n
Prior transaction experience is helpful but not essential. Intellectual curiosity, ownership and judgement matter more.
