- Prepare and cook high-quality Mexican dishes following our established recipe guide

- Work efficiently with fresh ingredients to create vibrant and authentic flavors

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food delivery
n
- Adapt to changing customer demands and maintain productivity during peak hours
n
- Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements to enhance our offerings

- Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed
n
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation of all dishes

- Assist in training new kitchen staff members on recipes and procedures

- Actively engage in continuous learning to stay updated on culinary trends and techniques

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a Mexican or fast-casual restaurant setting
n
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and flavor profiles
n
- Food safety and hygiene certification
n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
n
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
n
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
n
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
n
- Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
n
- Passion for creating delicious food and providing an exceptional customer experience

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and kitchen equipment
n
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
