Alfabs Group is seeking an SMP Manager to lead and grow our Structural, Mechanical & Piping projects and services. You will own the SMP portfolio’s performance, work directly with clients and delivery teams, and drive sustainable growth in a dynamic, safety‑driven setting.
You’ll mentor superintendents and project teams, collaborate with estimating, engineering and leadership, and ensure delivery meets promised outcomes with a sharp focus on profitability and risk management.
