We are seeking a fully qualified and licensed plumber to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial, government, aged care, and many other sites. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out general plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs
n
- Diagnose faults and complete productive, high-quality repairs
n
- Install, test, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
n
- Conduct backflow prevention and TMV servicing/testing
n
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations
n
- Complete documentation and job reporting accurately
n
- Work safely in line with WHS requirements
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Current plumbing licence (ACT or equivalent)
n
- Backflow Prevention and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) accreditation qualification (essential or willing to obtain)
n
- Proven experience in commercial and or maintenance plumbing
n




- Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards
n
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
n
- Valid driver's licence
n

Security Requirements

- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher)
n
- Police check - or able to obtain
n
- WWVP card - or able to obtain
n

n

Desirable (Nice to Have)

- Experience working on Defence or government contracts
n
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
n
