About the role

n

As a First Aid Officer, you will be a key contributor to student wellbeing, ensuring students receive appropriate care and attention throughout the school day, helping create a safe and supportive setting where students can thrive.

Position Title: First Aid Officer

n

Reports to: Director of Wellbeing

n

Time Fraction: Full time

n

Tenure: 12-month Fixed term contract (possibility of ongoing)

n

Effective Date: July 2026 until June 2027

n

What you'll do

n

n
- Maintain student medical records and First Aid resources.
n
- Support student health, wellbeing and medication management.
n




- Assist with compliance, reporting and risk management activities.
n
- Provide First Aid support and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
n
- Ensure First Aid supplies and kits are fully stocked and ready for use.
n
- Contribute to a safe, caring and compliant school environment.
n
- Maintain accurate student health records, medical plans and medications.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Previous First Aid experience in a busy, compliance-focused environment
n
- Current Employee WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for cross campus travel)
n
- Solid Office 365, Word and Excel skills
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
n
