This is a physically demanding role working on a production sorting line, where you'll be responsible for sorting paint products and assisting with the safe processing of recyclable materials.

What You'll Be Doing

- Working on a production sorting line, manually sorting paint products and containers.
- Performing physically demanding, repetitive manual handling throughout the shift.
- Lifting and moving products weighing up to 20kg.
- Assisting with general production and plant operations.
- Following all safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Supporting the team to achieve daily production targets.

What We're Looking For

- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting throughout the day (up to 20kg).
- Comfortable working in a paint and industrial plant environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, process work, recycling, or production is highly regarded.
- A current Forklift (LF) Licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Full Australian working rights.
