Product & Design Experts Needed — AI Training & Evaluation Pilot (Remote, $100 AUD/hr + $50 Bonus)

We are looking for experienced Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Product Strategists to contribute their domain expertise to an intensive 2-week pilot campaign aimed at testing and evaluating advanced AI models.

About the Role This is a flexible, contract-based engagement focused on testing how well AI models handle end-to-end product thinking, user experience design, and strategic frameworks. Depending on the task, you will:

- Draft Complex Prompts: Design realistic product scenarios, user journeys, wireframe concepts, PRDs, and workflow requests (e.g., product strategy memos, design system specs, competitive audits, or feature prioritization frameworks).
- Test & Challenge Models: Run prompts against AI models to surface failure modes, test UI/UX reasoning gaps, and progressively increase task complexity.
- Build Evaluation Rubrics: Write objective, checklist-style scoring frameworks so peer reviewers can accurately grade model outputs against industry design and product standards.

What We're Looking For





- Solid background in Product Management, UX/UI Design, Product Design, or User Research.
- Experience creating or reviewing core product artifacts such as PRDs, wireframes, slide decks, journey maps, or CSV/Excel user research datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear written communication.
- Must perform work on a secure personal or corporate device (public/shared computers are strictly prohibited).
- Bonus: Prior experience training, evaluating, or prompt engineering for AI models on platforms like RLHF, DataAnnotation, Outlier, Scale AI, or similar tools.

Availability & Duration

- Dates: Tuesday, 25 August through Sunday, 6 September (2-week campaign). Please only apply if you have full-time availability during this window.
