Product Manager

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a background in Filtration System design, specifically within the engineering team of a well-known filtration company such as Donaldson and Nederman. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Industrial Fans in the Filtration market, including factory filtration systems and process filtration applications such as cement, pharmaceuticals, electronics, wet scrubbers, air pollution control system , and other related areas.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Filtration System design and knowledge of Industrial Fans, as well as existing contacts with factory owners and project teams within the industry. They will work closely with the sales team and engineering team to develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to promote Industrial Fans in the Filtration market, including factory filtration systems and process filtration applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with factory owners and project teams to increase sales and market share.
- Work closely with the local sales team to identify new opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Provide technical support to customers and local sales team on Industrial Fans and Filtration System design.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.




- Manage product pricing and profitability to achieve sales goals.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and benefits.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Industrial Fans and Filtration Systems.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Sales, or Engineering in the Filtration industry.
- Experience in Filtration System design, preferably .
- Solid understanding of Industrial Fans and Filtration System design.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Existing contacts with factory owners and project teams within the industry.
- Knowledge of filtration systems in the cement industry, pharmaceuticals, electronics, wet scrubbers, air pollution control systems, and other related industries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently around the Kruger addressable market.
- Fluent in Speaking and writing English
