MultiCube Hay & Cube is a family business based in Yarrawonga, Victoria. A vertically integrated agricultural operation who takes great pride in supplying an Australian made quality product.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a solid work ethic and eye for detail to join our small production team at our Yarrawonga facility, with the main focus of operating our unique processing plant.
This full-time role is day shift Mon-Fri (optional weekend work may be required on rare occasions). The successful applicant will be reporting to the Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Operation of hay processing plant and production equipment
- Assist with general maintenance of all equipment
- Some farming duties as required during busy periods
- Meet and Record KPI information and perform regular stock takes
Skills to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
- Previous experience with Hay or fodder is a bonus
- Have experience working within and complying with OH&S; guidelines
- Have mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work within a team
- Experience operating production machinery and have an understanding of general production process
- Adhere to strict quality control procedure
- Be willing to learn & show initiative
- Time management and organisational skills
Skills Highly Regarded:
- Forklift License
- Telehandler license & experience
- HC or MC vehicle license
