Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading industrial operators. We operate in all states of Australia and our employees work across multiple industries. We are actively seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our industrial operations team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that refinery operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor refinery equipment and processes safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant systems
- Ensure product quality through accurate sampling, testing, and reporting
- Coordinate with control room and team members to optimise production
- Record operational data and report any issues or deviations promptly
- Assist with plant start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following HSEQ procedures

What You Bring to the Team:





- Previous experience working in a heavy industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding and high-risk environments
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Relevant tickets/certifications (e.g., Confined Space, Gas Test, Working at Heights, Bridge and Gantry Crane, Forklift License, EWP, DG Dogging) highly regarded
- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks
- Professionalism and commitment to team collaboration and safety
