This role sits within an established processing operation that's entering a significant period of change, investment and improvement.
Reporting directly to the site leader, you'll operate as a key member of the leadership team with responsibility for production performance, people leadership and continuous improvement across the operation.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence outcomes and challenge existing ways of working where better solutions exist.

- Enjoy improving processes and systems
- Prefer autonomy and accountability
- Are comfortable working across both operational and strategic priorities
- Want a leadership role where your input carries weight
- Enjoy solving problems and influencing outcomes.
You'll be stepping into a business that is investing in its future and building a more contemporary operating environment. There is strong support from senior leadership and genuine appetite for improvement across multiple areas of the operation. The role requires someone who can balance day-to-day operational demands with longer-term planning,
while maintaining strong relationships across the workforce, contractors and key stakeholders.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Production leadership experience within mining/ mineral processing
- Experience leading large operational teams
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated success improving safety, performance and productivity
- A practical approach to problem solving
- The confidence to challenge the status quo when required
- Strong commercial and operational judgment
- The ability to operate effectively at both site and leadership level.
You'll also either hold, or be willing to obtain, Section 26 and SSE statutory qualifications as part of your longer-term development within the business. This is a Monday to Friday residential position, offering a competitive salary package, annual performance incentive and company vehicle.
