An enticing opportunity exists for a production technician to work within the manufacturing team to support the development and manufacture of therapeutic products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Technician based in the Greater Perth Area. The Production Technician will be part of the medical device manufacturing team responsible for manufacture of Orthocell's medical device products, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, assisting with laboratory processes and ensuring quality through adherence to established SOPs.

Requirements

- Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and performing general laboratory tasks
- Experience with techniques and processes required for work within a laboratory




- Comfortable working within a cleanroom environment including wearing sterile cleanroom garments, gloves and facemask for extended periods
- Comfortable with handling biological material
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of GMP and GLP requirements is desirable
- Ability to follow protocols, maintain accurate records, and work in compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the capacity to work efficiently in a team environment
- Minimum Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques is preferred
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
