We're seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our Network Platforms team, providing critical financial and operational support across BAU operations, capital projects, and telecommunications.

About You
We're looking for someone with;
- Experience in financial operations, cost analysis, or budget forecasting, ideally in a network or IT environment
- Proficiency with SAP or a similar financial/ERP system
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of identifying and explaining cost variances
- Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and collaborate across teams
- Well organised,
with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and renewal cycles at once
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Raise POs, approve SES, complete monthly accruals, analyse SAP cost data, and prepare OPEX forecasts and budgets
Cost Recovery: Process cost journals and resolve variances in collaboration with Finance and the Portfolio Lead
Hardware & Licensing: Manage Cisco Smart Software access, reconcile CMDB records, and support licensing renewals
