Program Manager | Enterprise Technology Transformation | Federal Government

- Daily Rate: $1,000-$1,100 per day + Super
- Duration: 12 Month Contract + Extensions

We're supporting a major enterprise transformation portfolio and are seeking multiple experienced Program Managers to lead the mobilisation and delivery of strategic technology initiatives spanning digital, data and cyber domains. This is a genuine program leadership opportunity. You will be responsible for translating strategic roadmaps and investment priorities into executable programs of work, ensuring outcomes, benefits and delivery objectives remain aligned to broader organisational strategy while overseeing multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Working closely with executive sponsors, governance boards and senior business leaders, you will provide leadership across program governance, assurance, financial management, risk oversight, benefits realisation and organisational change. You'll be expected to bring structure to complexity, drive informed decision-making and ensure major initiatives successfully transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key deliverables will include

- Mobilising and establishing large-scale enterprise programs of work.
- Building integrated roadmaps, delivery plans and governance frameworks.
- Managing interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Leading program reporting, assurance activities, stage gates and executive decision forums.
- Driving benefits realisation and strategic outcome delivery.




- Managing budgets, forecasting, commercial arrangements and vendor partnerships.
- Leading geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing visibility of program performance, risks, financial position and delivery progress to senior stakeholders.

To be successful, you'll bring:
- Extensive senior-level experience delivering complex enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Previous experience delivering in a Federal Government environment.
- Demonstrated experience across digital, data, cyber security, enterprise applications, infrastructure or broader technology portfolios.
- Solid program mobilisation capability and experience establishing programs from inception.
- A proven track record managing large-scale investments and budgets exceeding $10m annually.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executives and governance bodies.
- Strong governance, assurance, risk and controls experience.
- Experience leading organisational change and embedding outcomes into operational environments.
