They are currently undertaking a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation program designed to modernise core systems, improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organisation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a major ICT transformation program. Reporting into senior executive leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, governance, planning, and successful delivery of a complex portfolio of technology initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate comfortably at both the executive and delivery levels, ensuring multiple project streams remain aligned to organisational objectives while delivering outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead the establishment and governance of large-scale technology programs.
- Manage multiple interconnected projects and delivery streams.
- Drive executive reporting, governance forums, and program performance management.
- Oversee financial management, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Build solid relationships across business, technology, operational, and external stakeholder groups.
- Drive benefits realisation and organisational change outcomes.
- Lead and motivate high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure delivery outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets,



and quality standards.

The Successful Candidate You will be an accomplished Program Manager with a proven track record delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs within complex enterprise or government environments.

You will bring

- Extensive experience leading major technology transformation programs.
- Strong program governance and PMO leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets, resources, and delivery teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise application, digital transformation, or large-scale ICT modernisation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience operating within complex, highly regulated environments.
- Strong financial management, forecasting, reporting, and benefits realisation capability.
- Program and project management certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or similar.
- The ability to work effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments while maintaining delivery momentum.

Essential Requirements

- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Availability to work primarily onsite across Sydney locations.
- Extensive ICT Program Management experience within large and complex organisations.
