Join CBRE's Queensland Development &
- Infrastructure team and help deliver one of Queensland's largest residential precinct programs.
We're seeking Programme Management professionals at Manager and Advisor level to support a major multi-stage development. Working in a client-side advisory environment, you'll oversee programming and scheduling across multiple contracts, review contractor schedules, and contribute to an integrated master programme that drives delivery performance across the program.
Opportunities Available
Manager (circa 10+ years' experience)
Lead programme controls across major delivery packages, managing integrated master programmes, reviewing contractor schedules in Primavera P6, and providing independent schedule analysis to support key project decisions.
Advisor (5-7 Years'
- Experience)
Support scheduling and programme management activities including contractor programme reviews, progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule analysis across a complex delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage integrated master programmes across multiple contracts and delivery workstreams.
- Review and challenge contractor programmes prepared in Primavera P6.
- Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, and delivery risks.
- Support delay analysis, extension of time assessments and recovery planning.
- Coordinate programme interfaces across design, procurement, and construction activities.
- Prepare programme reporting and schedule insights for senior stakeholders
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline.
- Manager level: approximately 10 years of experience in programming and scheduling on major construction, infrastructure, or precinct programs, including demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Advisor level: five to seven years of experience in a scheduling or programming role on complex-built environment programs, with working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience establishing or contributing to integrated master programmes across multi-contract or multi-workstream program environments.
- Familiarity with delay analysis methodologies and extension of time assessment in a construction or precinct delivery context.
- Client-side, owner's representative, or integrated project delivery experience on programs of comparable scale and complexity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear programme reports and delay narratives for senior audiences.
