About the role

Come and be part of a team that helps people see the world again.

Sight For All is on the hunt for a warm, organised and supportive Projects & Grants Coordinator to join our close-knit team. If you love variety in your work, care deeply about doing good, and want colleagues who genuinely have your back this could be exactly the role you've been looking for. We're a small team with a big mission, and that means everyone's contribution matters.

You won't be just a cog in the machine here. You'll be trusted, supported, and given the room to bring your ideas to the table, all while working alongside people who are as passionate about eye health as you are.

A day in the life

- No two days look the same in this role. You might spend the morning coordinating one of our Australian eye health projects, checking in with our brilliant Eye Health Educators, and tracking how a project is tracking against its goals.

- By the afternoon, you could be deep in a grant application, pulling together the story of our impact to help secure the funding that keeps our work going.

- You'll also get to build genuine relationships with stakeholders, partners and volunteers, represent Sight For All at meetings and events, and help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

- We're also embracing tools like Microsoft Copilot to take the busy work off your plate, so more of your time goes toward the work that actually changes lives.

What we're looking for

- Experience coordinating projects in the not-for-profit,

community development, health or education sectors.

- Experience preparing grants, funding applications or donor proposals.

- Robust written communication skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Confident, warm stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

- A genuine commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.

Desirable but not essential

- Experience in the international development or health sector.

- Knowledge of the Australian grant funding environment.

- Familiarity with HubSpot, SharePoint, Qwilr or similar platforms.

- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

- Understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.

- Knowledge of the eye health or disability sectors.

What's on offer

- We know great work comes from people who feel genuinely supported, so we've built a culture around exactly that.

- You'll join a team of genuine people who love what they do and who back each other every step of the way.

- On top of that, you'll get access to salary sacrificing, flexible working arrangements to help you balance work and life, and real professional development opportunities to help you keep growing in your career.

Ready to make a real difference? We'd genuinely love to hear from you. Please send your current CV along with a cover letter telling us a bit about yourself and why this role speaks to you.
