With a state-of-the-art production facility based in Bells Creek on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, we pride ourselves on precision, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. The Role
As an integral member of our production team, you'll bring projects to life by crafting high quality cabinetry that meets exacting standards. You'll work closely with colleagues and supervisors in a fast-paced workplace where attention to detail and proactive thinking are key.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
Assemble cabinetry and joinery with precision and professionalism.
Work independently or collaboratively as part of our production team.
Safely operate a range of machines, tools, and equipment.
Maintain compliance with all relevant WHS guidelines and security protocols.
Perform overtime where necessary to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow continuity.
What You'll Bring
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or relevant industry experience.
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
