Due to the recent award of exciting new commercial maintenance contracts, CV Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our growing Townsville team.

This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive team delivering maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and critical infrastructure sites throughout the region.

The Role

n

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance services while building strong relationships with our valued clients.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
n
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
n
- Backflow prevention and TMV servicing
n
- General plumbing maintenance across commercial sites
n
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
n
- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience in commercial plumbing maintenance
n
- Strong knowledge of plumbing standards, regulations and safe work practices
n
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
n




- A customer-focused attitude and professional approach
n
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n

Mandatory Qualifications

n

- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
- Backflow & TMV Endorsements
n
