Reporting to the State Service Manager, this is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll build robust relationships, manage your own workflow, and deliver high-quality service across theSunshine Coast / Wide Bay region—with full support from our Brisbane branch.

What You'll Do
n
Diagnose, service, and repair construction and earthmoving equipment on‐site and in the workshop
n
Manage job bookings, communicate directly with customers, and deliver outstanding service
n
Build and maintain a loyal regional customer base
n
Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
n

What You'll Bring

Proven field service experience in construction or earthmoving equipment
n
Strong diagnostic, technical, and communication skills
n
A customer‐first mindset and professional approach
n
Experience with service diagnostics software and parts catalogues
n
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
n
Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required
n
LR or MR Licence (or above)
n
Air Conditioning Handling Licence
n
