Role Overview
n
An chance has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the performance and operation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. This role sits within a growing energy platform and is responsible for ensuring assets are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
n
You will act as the key interface between site teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insights to optimise performance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets
n
- Act as the primary link between on-site teams and corporate functions
n
- Maximise asset output while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
n
- Analyse operational data (including SCADA) to support performance optimisationDevelop and manage operational budgets (OPEX)
n
- Assess maintenance reports and collaborate with service providers
n
- Interpret and manage contracts with operations and maintenance providers
n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
n

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
n
n
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Maintain strong safety performance and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
n
- Stakeholder & Contract Performance: Deliver accurate and timely reporting while ensuring contractual obligations are met
n
- Financial Performance: Operate within budget and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
n
- Operational Performance: Maximise asset availability and minimise downtime
n
- Maintenance & Reliability: Ensure effective execution of maintenance plans and continuous improvement of asset performance
n

Skills & Experience Required
n
n
- 3–5+ years' experience in asset management, operations, or a related field
n
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, energy, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
n
- Experience within renewable energy (wind experience advantageous), infrastructure, or similar asset-heavy industries
n
- Strong understanding of operations and maintenance practices
n
- Experience working with operational data and performance analytics (SCADA exposure advantageous)
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
