JBS Australia is seeking a Production Control & Planning Coordinator to drive productive production scheduling, labor planning, and continuous improvement within our Lamb Operations team in Melbourne. Reporting into the Operations team, you will develop production schedules, balance supply and demand, and ensure optimal use of plant resources.
You will collaborate with Production, Sales and other stakeholders, delivering strong business outcomes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
