Of course, you'll already have this covered:

n

n
- Demonstrated success in leading projects from Design Development through to project Handover
n
- A passion for driving quality, innovative design outcomes
n
- Key Client Relationships in Retail / Living / Mixed Use
n
- A keen interest in helping develop an eager team of professionals
n
- Great working knowledge of the Australian industry, including relevant NCC and local building regulations and specifications
n




- Preferably a registered architect with 4+ years post registration experience. All candidates with relevant experience will be considered
n
- Excellent documentation software skills
n
- Established experience in medium to large scale Retail Projects
n
- Proven experience in the Retail sector, managing projects from proposal / bid preparation through to construction / commission completion
n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage clients, consultants and internal team members to achieve desired outcomes
n
- Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once
n
