The Role
n
As a Consultant at TMS, you'll:
n
n
- Support Project Delivery: Support the design and implementation of consulting projects across our services offerings.
n
- Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and measurable outcomes.
n
- Contribute to Growth: Assist with proposal writing and tender submissions, contributing to business development.
n
- Analyse and Report: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with explicit, actionable insights.
n
- Learn and Grow: Develop your consulting capability through exposure to senior consultants, structured feedback, and development pathways.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
- A recent graduate or has 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or consulting setting.
n
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline.
n
- Genuinely passionate about organisational development and people-focused consulting.
n
- Energetic, proactive, and a strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
n
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing creatively to problem-solving.
n
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
n
