We are looking for an energetic, customer service‐oriented individual to join our team as a Section Waiter at Kid Kyoto.

Section Waiters are tasked with providing our customers with a superior experience, ensuring all orders are taken correctly, delivered promptly, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized at all times.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greet customers with hospitality and friendliness.
n
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
n
- Clear used plates, glasses and other items from tables in a timely manner.
n
- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines.
n
- Resolve guests' complaints in a timely and skilled manner.
n




- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience as a section waiter required.
n
- Excellent customer service skills required.
n
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
n
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
n
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
n
- Must be able to carry 3 plates
n
- Must possess a valid state alcohol certification. NSW RSA
n
