Are you a motivated Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprentice looking to take the next step in your career? Lawson Air is expanding and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our friendly, close-knit team!

We’re ideally seeking a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice, but we welcome and review all applications - so if you’re eager to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.

You will be gaining experience across all areas of the HVAC industry from installations and servicing to repairs and maintenance. There will be opportunity to learn, grow, and have some fun in our team.

Your duties will include:

- Working on wide range of air conditioning units including both domestic and commercial.
- Opportunities for Commercial HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration.
- Attending to breakdowns and diagnosing.
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs.




- Installations - split systems, cassette systems and ducted systems.

Position Requirements:

- Current Drivers Licence (manual)
- Robust communication.
- Neat personal presentation.
- Good physical fitness for work (including climbing ladders and lifting).
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from supervisors.
- Motivated and committed to completing your apprenticeship.
