About the Role

The purpose of the role is two-fold. Firstly, it is to ensure the service is operating at a high level by holding all team members accountable for the safety, welfare, and care of the children. Secondly, it is to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and ensure that it is being run efficiently whilst remaining compliant with a focus on high-quality education and environments.

Qualifications

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)

- Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Certificate in Leadership and Management
