Responsibilities

- Adding value to our customers' experiences with us by having personalised conversations to understand their wine‐buying preferences and placing bespoke orders tailored to match these
n
- Helping to build customer trust in Naked Wines by delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times, strengthening relationships with our customers and increasing advocacy
n




- Managing your time effectively to make outbound telephone calls, achieving work rate and sales targets
n
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the business, helping to spot and communicate trends and anticipating issues and improvements
n
- Processing customer orders
n
- Taking responsibility to improve your product knowledge and advising customers on purchases
n
- Delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times
n
- Supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound customer contacts by exception as and when required
