Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media (Hands-on)

We're partnering with a high-performing eCommerce business that is looking to bring on a senior, hands-on paid media operator. This role is for someone who enjoys building, launching and optimizing paid campaigns, rather than managing others or operating purely at a strategic level. If you have progressed beyond junior execution but still want ownership, autonomy and accountability, this role will resonate.

Key responsibilities:

- Owning paid media performance across Google Ads and Meta.
n
- Personally building, launching and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.
n
- Managing budgets, performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and ongoing optimization.
n
- Interpreting performance data and making commercial decisions, not just reporting.
n
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align paid activity with revenue outcomes.
n




- Contributing ideas to improve funnel and conversion performance while remaining hands-on in delivery.
n
- In the 6‐12 month period, the role may evolve towards people management or higher strategy, but it remains primarily a hands-on, accountability-focused position.

Ideal candidate profile:

- Strong, proven hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google & Meta essential).
n
- Senior-level judgement and commercial thinking gained through actual execution.
n
- Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for results.
n
- Experience in eCommerce or performance-led environments (strongly preferred).
n
- Title matters less than what you've actually owned and delivered.
