Job Description

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to oversee a 10-week commercial office fit out project in the ACT, commencing immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial fit out contractor delivering a high-quality office refurbishment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise all day-to-day site activities
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
n
- Monitor quality and manage defect-free delivery
n
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS inspections
n
- Liaise with the client,



consultants and project team
n
- Manage deliveries, site logistics and material coordination
n
- Complete daily reporting and site documentation using Procore
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous experience supervising commercial office fit out projects
n
- Robust understanding of high-end commercial finishes
n
- Current Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
n
- Procore experience (essential)
n
- White Card
n
- First Aid Certificate highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Available to start immediately
n
