Additional information:

- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
n
- Applications close Wednesday 24 September 2025.

- Experience within Facilities Management in large format retail environment will be highly regarded.
n
- The units you will be responsible for are Tempe and Rhodes.
n
- Travel between sites will be required.
n
n
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
n
As Unit Facility Management Manager your responsibilities will include,
but are not limited to:
n
n
- Manage the Facilities Management (FM) services through our Integrated FM supplier including safety and compliance to ensure a safe and operational setting for the business and our customers.
n
- Follow up quality of services delivered by the IFM supplier through close working relationships.
n
- Coordinate and execute internal FM related audits and annual reviews.
n
- Support FM budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.
n
- Assist in controlling costs working in a cost-conscious way. Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures to stay compliant with local and national legislation, internal rules and requirements regarding the FM scope within Ingka.
n
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical support in daily operations and projects related to the FM delivery model.
n
- Participate in projects within FM related services as required.
n

As Unit Facility Management Manager you are:
n
n
- Someone with 5 years experience in a similar role
n
- Passionate about delivering reliable, efficient and seamless services to the store.
n
- Experienced with strong contract management skills and a solution-focused mindset to resolve FM related issues.
n
- Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
n
- Able to identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Able to work autonomously, take initiative and possess excellent communication skills to deliver set tasks with a sense of urgency.
n
- Able to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks, with a good understanding of Microsoft office programs, in particular excel.
n
