About the Role

n

Our client, a top 50 ASX listed manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a major project in Erskine Park. This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution phase of a large-scale manufacturing facility construction.

- Location: On-site in Erskine Park (5 days/week, with optional weekend work)
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Construction Oversight - Manage all aspects of the project's execution phase, including SMP & E&I; installation
n




- SIMOPS & Schedule Compliance - Ensure safe and efficient simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) while keeping the project on track
n
- Team Leadership - Lead a multi-discipline team of 10 direct reports and up to 200 contractors per shift
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 15+ years of construction experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal processing, manufacturing, infrastructure)
n
- Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
n
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
n
- Solid leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
n
- White Card & BSL Inductions required
