We're partnering with a rapidly growing civil contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex formwork, steel fixing and concrete packages across some of Queensland's most significant rail infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and expansion into new infrastructure sectors, they're looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their Brisbane team and play a key role in delivering major projects across South East Queensland.

The Role

n

Working closely with the Project Manager and site delivery teams, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of major civil structures packages.

n

You'll take ownership of:

n

n
- Managing project delivery from planning through to completion.
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
n
- Programming and short-term planning.
n
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting.
n
- Client and stakeholder management.
n
- Quality, safety and environmental compliance.
n
- Mentoring Project and Site Engineers.
n




- Driving programme outcomes while maintaining high delivery standards.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- 7+ years' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil infrastructure.
n
- Strong experience delivering concrete, structures, bridges, formwork or heavy civil projects.
n
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
n
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
