Speech Pathologist – Melbourne
n Location: Melbourne & surrounds (community-based + Schools + Clinical hub access + WFH)
n Type: Full-time or part-time
n Relocation: Yes — support available within Australia or internationally

We're growing across Melbourne — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

What you'll do:n

n
- Provide therapy across communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills
n
- Work with clients in homes, schools, clinics, and the community
n
- Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at our Brisbane hubs
n
- Complete assessments, AT recommendations and reports
n
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians across multiple disciplines
n
- Use great systems (not clunky ones) to keep your admin simple
n

New to the profession? You won't be flying solo.n

We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate program that includes:

n

n
- A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in
n
- Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring
n
- Group mentoring, skills workshops, and peer connection
n
- Regular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learning
n

Requirements What you'll need:nn
- Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)
n
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
n
- Driver's licence + reliable car
n
- Indemnity & public liability insurance
n
