An exciting opportunity exists with a leading client for an experienced Project Scheduler to support a complex and high-profile program of work.

Working within an integrated project team, you will be responsible for project scheduling, reporting, planning, and project controls activities across a large-scale delivery workplace. This is an excellent chance to contribute to strategic initiatives while working alongside experienced project professionals.

Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance.

The Role

n

As a Project Scheduler, you will:

n

n
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules.
n
- Coordinate and support monthly project reporting activities.
n
- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
n
- Support planning activities for projects throughout their lifecycle.
n
- Manage schedule updates, milestones, dependencies, and financial tracking.
n
- Identify schedule risks and provide recommendations to project leadership.
n
- Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedule baselines, and supporting documentation.
n




- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team to support successful project outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Current NV1 Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
n
- Demonstrated senior-level scheduling experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP).
n
- Experience supporting major projects or complex programs.
n
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, and reporting disciplines.
n
- Ability to work onsite in Canberra a minimum of three days per week.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills.
n
- Previous experience within Defence, Government, or highly regulated environments.
n
- Familiarity with project governance and project controls frameworks.
n
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, infrastructure, engineering, or capability delivery programs.
n
- Knowledge of integrated master schedules, risk management, or earned value management principles.
