Join Bellarine Training and Community Hub (BTACH), a well-respected community-based RTO with over 20 years' experience delivering accredited training and community programs across the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong region.

We are currently seeking a qualified and engagingTrainer & Assessorto deliver theCertificate IV in Health Administration (HLT47321). This nationally recognised course equips students for senior administrative roles in the healthcare sector, and we're looking for someone who brings bothhealth knowledge and administration experience.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver and assess training in line with the HLT47321 qualification requirements
n
- Support students across a mix of backgrounds with tailored learning strategies
n
- Cover core units including medical terminology, patient record systems, workplace leadership, business documents, and customer service
n
- Supervise and assess students undertaking work placement arranged by BTACH
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and materials
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(or equivalent)
n




- A qualification relevant tohealth administration, and experience in both clinical and administrative settings
n
- Strong knowledge of units such asManage patient recordkeeping system, Design and produce business documents, Prepare and process medical accountsandUse medical terminology in health care.
n
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging, compliant training programs
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and classroom management skills
n
- Acurrent Police Check,Working with Children Check, adriver's licence, and your own transport
n
