About the Role

As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across the business. You'll lead a collaborative team, streamline processes, and provide insightful financial reporting to support decision‐making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and mentor a team of Accountants and AP staff
n
- Oversee financial reporting, end‐to‐end month‐end processes as well as continuous systems improvement
n




- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Drive process improvements across finance operations
n
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles or the demonstrative ability to step up from a Senior Accountant role.
n
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience in the heavy industry/ mining services or related sectors is highly desirable
n
